Our Terms of Service

Booking & Scheduling

  • All services require advance booking via phone or website.
  • We’ll confirm your appointment within 2- 6 business hours.
  • Need to reschedule? Notify us 48+ hours prior for no fee. Late changes may incur a 25% charge.

Access to Your Property

  • You may provide keys/access codes (stored securely) or be present during service.
  • If we can’t access your property after 15 mins, a $35 trip fee applies.

Service Scope

  • Tasks included in your chosen package are detailed in your service agreement or communicated to you via phone.
  • We don’t clean biohazards (blood, mold, feces), hoarding situations, or exterior windows above ground floor.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Not happy? Notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll re-clean the area at no cost.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due after service completion via e-transfer, or cash.
  • Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime with 48+ hours notice. Last-minute cancellations (<24 hours) incur 50% of service fee.

Damage/Loss Protocol

  • We carry full liability insurance. Report damage within 24 hours with photo evidence for resolution.
  • Not responsible for pre-existing damage or valuables left in cleaning areas.

Pricing Changes

  • Rates guaranteed for 4 months. You’ll receive 30 days’ notice of increases.
